When Bookstore Employees Get Bored….
The Mollat bookstore, located in Bordeaux, France, is the first independent bookstore to open its doors for business in that country. The Mollat bookstore is one of Bordeaux’s famous landmarks, opening their doors in 1896, a legacy employees are working hard to uphold.
Frances largest bookstore has been attracting a lot of attention lately because of their Instagram page. Employees are taking snapshots of customers showing how book covers fit remarkably well into the framework of customer’s everyday lives. The clever photos are a classic example of French wit that is drawing the attention of people worldwide. And with their 31,000 Instagram followers loving it, I guess you could say the Mollat Bookstore is the Kim Kardashian of Bookstores on Instagram.
