Whether you’ve had the coronavirus or are just weary of the nonsense, it’s advised to find a way to recover from the past two years.
“Hey waiter, one Corona over here, please!” Well, didn’t they succeed in screwing up one of the few sacred things? Yup, now when we hear Corona, the legendary beer is not the first thing we think about. Those were the days, right? But, we are true Radasses and survivors – this pandemic got nothing on us! There is always a silver lining so you go ahead and find yours. Also, even though we are a bunch of crackheads who work on making you laugh every single day, we also want to provide you with some legit information and useful pieces of advice – crackhead style, of course. So, if you are one of those who got infected (mildly, we hope), what can you do to make recovery pleasant?
Listen to your doctor
If you want to get over ‘Rona as a winner, listening to experts is surely the way to go, especially if you have some other symptoms or health issues to be mindful of. We can google all we want, but there are people who are more knowledgeable than the first 3 most-searched articles on its majesty, internet.
Stay hydrated (if not told otherwise)
This does sound like a no-brainer, but with almost every health condition – and even without a specific condition – drinking water is of the essence. Water, people, not sugary drinks! Not alcohol! You are rad, though, and we know you can handle your booze, but be strong during ‘Rona and give your body what it needs.
Stay in good spirits
Of course, this situation can be depressing for many of us, even if we don’t get infected with the disease. We can only imagine how the people who actually get it really feel. Shortness of breath, coughing, fatigue are only some of the symptoms of COVID-19 we can experience, but we can stay well and come back even more rad. To keep your mood elevated, communicate with your friends and family (from a distance, of course), search for uplifting content, get good rest and do the things that make you feel good. The good news is, the recovery rate is roughly 97%. Woohoo! So while you are recovering to your awesome self, we are here to provide you with enough memes and pictures of butts to make you smile!
WTR? (Why’s That Radass?)
The last two years have been an endurance trial for sure, and it’s still going. But keep yourselves healthy, keep your attitude as positive as you can, and take heart that you’re still here after everything. Count your blessings Radassers.
