Many of us are unsure about our hormone levels, and want to find out, do we have enough testosterone in our bodies?
There is one very easy, simple way of finding out if you have low testosterone levels, without visiting your general physician and paying a lot of money for an expensive test.
What is testosterone?
Testosterone is a hormone produced by our bodies and affects our appearance and sexual appetite.
How much is enough?
Normal levels are between 300 to 1000 ng/dL (nanograms per deciliter).
Low levels of testosterone are categorized as less than 300 ng/dL, according to the FDA.
There is one very easy way of visually seeing whether you have enough testosterone. This test is scheduled every morning when you wake up. Did you figure it out yet? It’s your morning wood, AKA nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT).

What should you do?
