Johnny Manziel Is Dreadfully Skeletal With No Signs of Turning Things Around Anytime Soon
If Johnny Manziel wasn’t done last March after being released by the Browns, it sure appears he is now.
Someone recently took a photo of Manziel at a Las Vegas pool party where the once promising NFL star looks to have lost a good percentage of his body mass. The 23-year-old has spent the past few months partying in Las Vegas and Los Angeles and doesn’t appear to be interested in slowing down anytime soon.

Manziel is sadly following in the same footsteps as Todd Marinovich, a talent out of USC that was drafted 24th overall by the then Los Angeles Raiders in 1991.

Marinovich let drugs and alcohol consume him during the first few years of his football career despite pleas from his family and friends to get help. Just like Marinovich did back in the early 1990’s, Manziel has pushed away efforts to get him back into rehab.
Marinovich said recently in an interview with USA Today sports that pleading for Johnny Manziel to get back into rehab could be counterproductive.
The Raiders managed to get Marinovich into rehab in 1992 only to see him continue his drug use leading to the team to cutting him before the start of the 1993 season. He never played again in the NFL.
“It just never lasted when I was doing it for the job or I was doing it for family. I don’t know if you can be reached if the person is unwilling. It’s almost like you have to let them go and experience what they’re going to experience.”
If Manziel ever plans to get back into football, he’s going to need to wake up soon. In the picture below, you can see how far he has declined from what he looked like back in 2014 vs. what he looks like now.
