Asos is a clothing store in the UK. Jay Whalley was trying to return/exchange a FCUK hoodie and was having some serious problems. Most people would lose their cool and send angry emails and voicemails until it was resolved. Whalley went a different route and had some fun. He wrote an email using Eminem lyrics to explain the issue. Jay took a verse from Stan and changed some lyrics to fit his situation.

Apparently the people at Asos are cool. Because they wrote back with lyrics of their own. It wasn’t from the Eminem song (my guess is the person is too young to know the song.) It’s still pretty Radass nonetheless.
