Alecia Faith Pennington can’t prove her identity or citizenship as an American even though she was born in the state of Texas 19 years ago.
Her parents neglected to file a birth certificate when she was born. She was home schooled though out her life so there are no school records and her parents also never bothered to get her a social security number. Currently her parents refuse to help her obtain sufficient documents as proof of citizenship her in the United States.
