Sofia Sanchez, a seven-year-old little girl, has down syndrome. But that doesn’t stop her from being a confident, kick ass first grader.
Sofia’s mother posted a video on Facebook of Sofia telling the world that having down syndrome isn’t scary. She also tells the world she’s smart, she’s kind and she can do anything she wants.
The video went viral, with over 5 million views just this month.

This is a perfect example of how social media can do good for the world. This child is seven-years-old and breaking down stereotypes around children with disabilities by proving they’re not really disable at all.
