The craze got under way as Hollywood Boulevard hosted the world premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens on Monday, Dec. 14. The film opens on December 18, 2015 at theaters everywhere. A single ticket in some big cities can cost $25 or more after paying for extras like Imax and 3-D.
