A man in Berkeley, California has been rewarded with a free year of pizza from Domino’s for returning $1,300 in misplaced cash he found in his chicken wing box.
What would you do if you ordered pizza and wings and got pizza and a mess load of cash instead? Mike Vegas of Berkley, Ca. received his delivery from Dominos and ate one slice of pizza and decided to put the rest in the fridge. When he arrived home at 5am the next day from work he opened his fridge and then the box of wings to find close to $1300 cash in the box.
My favorite story: guy orders #Dominos wings and gets a box full of cash. What would you do? Watch at 11pm #abc7now pic.twitter.com/uzHYLDZTQ6

It was a prepared deposit so he knew it was a mistake but like most of us would for a moment, he wondered what he should do. After posting on his Facebook and getting a long list of people justifying why he should keep the money, Mike chose to do the right thing and return it to it’s rightful owner. In the end, the right thing to do turned out to be the best for Mike. Not only did he walk away feeling proud of himself for doing the right thing, the pizza joint also rewarded him with free pizza for a year.
