Navy SEAL Also Known as ‘Jay Voom’ A Porn Star With 29 Films Under His Belt
An investigation has begun on a decorated Navy SEAL his side job as a star in adult films.
Navy Chief Special Warfare Officer Joseph John Schmidt III has served in the military for 23 years, during which he received several valor awards and was even the face of the SEAL program website.
Schmidt’s wife believes it would be unfair to punish him. Apparently many of Jay’s co-workers have known about his work and didn’t see the issue.
But when he’s not taking down bad guys overseas, Schmidt is taking down porn stars on camera. Schmidt has appeared in 29 adult films under the name ‘Jay Voom’. Due to a failed real estate venture, Schmidt and his wife found themselves in 1.8 million dollars of debt that couldn’t be escaped through his $60,000 salary.
The San Diego Union Tribune reported:
‘It’s helped our family. It got us out of a lot of financial issues we were going through,’ Jade told the Union-Tribune. ‘I could take care of the child. I could try to get us out of financial debt.’
Because of not filing proper paperwork and achieving permission to do porn on the side, Schmidt has been threatened with demotion as a SEAL. A demotion would impact how much he gets in his pension.
