Do you care if you get your butt kicked by a female gamer?
Is it tough to pick out a female gamer? Not really, if they’re willing to identify themselves to you. But there are those that might be influencers who know how to pose with the right controllers and systems to make it look like they know what they’re doing. Of course, the moment that this is said, a lot of women that take the time to take their pictures and put them online will speak up and speak out to announce that YES, they are a gamer, and they can surely prove it. Those are the kind of women, and girls, that can earn a lot of respect but tend to gain more criticism and doubt than many would care to admit. Yes, I said it, too many girls and women who enjoy gaming get less respect than they’re due. That sounds like an odd statement to make, and it’s one that I would have never thought I’d be saying in this day and age since my whole view of gaming is that it was better when it was simpler. Yes, I am that old Radassers, but old dogs can learn new tricks…sometimes.
Gaming is for everyone, that’s one thing that a lot of people should be able to wrap their heads around in a big way. Ladies have been playing games for a while now and they’ve still been doing whatever they can to earn their way into the gaming world. Are they struggling so much that they can’t hack it? Far from it. But it does feel as though they’re not represented nearly as much as the guys, and as you might guess, I can say for certain that I’ve met a few women who could kick the hell out of a bunch of guys online when it comes to various games. Believe it or not, hot women aren’t all out on the beach all day working on their tan, a good number of them are seated at their desks trying to hit the high score on one game or another, or hard at work trying to dominate one console game after another. It’s not a subject that’s pushed as much as it could be, but the fact is that hot women are able to pick up a controller and work their way through a game with just as much expertise as their male counterparts.
Now, women might not be as prominent in the gaming world as men, but that might still be changing even as I’m writing this article. I kind of hope so, as it would be great to see women continue to climb the leaderboards and remind guys that gaming is difficult at first, but it’s not impossible to get into since once a person figures out a game and how to navigate through it, the sky isn’t the limit, it’s the view, and the ability to nail the nuances of any game is well within the grasp of anyone who wants to sit and spend the necessary time and effort to make it happen. Be honest, how many hot women would people think are gamers? How many people would look at a hottie and think that she could whip the snot out of them in one game or another? I, for one, would absolutely enjoy getting my butt kicked by a woman while playing a video game with them, but then again, I’m older and I’m willing to gain the experience needed to come back for a rematch without losing my s**t while getting my ass kicked. But hotties as gamers? I’m down for it. Are you?
Let’s talk about female gamers a little more.
Let’s get down to it, there is something emasculating about losing to women…sometimes.
If we’re being honest we can put it this way: we’re taught from a young age that losing to girls, as boys, is kind of humiliating. The phrases like ‘you hit like a girl’ or ‘you cry like a girl’ do need to be amended since there are a lot of women out there who are insanely tough and hit like champions. Now when it comes to video games, this hobby, and yes it did start out as a hobby, was male-dominated from the start. Boys were taught how to be tough when it came to gaming, they were the first ones to master the various games that are out there, and it’s true, a lot of games are designed with young men in mind. From the way the games are designed to the characters that are utilized, video games are an adolescent male’s haven when it comes to the visuals and the overall experience. But let’s not allow the ladies to breathe too easy since the heavily-muscled male characters aren’t always there for male attention. Admit it, ladies, you get a bit of a flush when you see those beefcakes.
But when it comes to playing the games? Oh yeah, guys have dominated for a long time, but women have been able to make up a lot of ground in a short amount of time, and they’ve done a lot to even the playing field over the years. Do I like playing against a woman in a video game? Oh, definitely. Do I care if I lose? Meh, that depends on the game. But usually, no.
With the advancements in gaming, women have been gaining ground.
It sounds like a lame excuse to say that women have started gaining ground because technology has changed over the years, but there is something to it. Ever since women were turned onto games in a big way they’ve been doing whatever they can to keep up with the guys, and they’ve done quite well. But with the advancements in technology and the ability that women have to match men in this field, it’s been impressive to watch.
Some ladies make a good living playing games.
The gamers that are online and drawing the attention of hundreds to thousands to even millions of viewers are doing quite well. And believe it or not, a good number of them are women. There are other reasons for this, but I’ll get into that. Female gamers have made a huge name for themselves since some of them are influencers as well, and platforms such as YouTube, and online gaming, have allowed a lot of people to spread their skill and their persona across the internet in a big, big way.
Don’t be fooled, they use their charms as much as they can.
It might sound a little piggish, but the fact is that a lot of hotties know how to work the advantage of their looks, and they do this without thinking at times. When you see a hot woman in full makeup, her hair done up, and her clothing on point so that people can see every bit of her but not see everything, then you’ll know that it’s deliberate. Some ladies manage to make themselves up all pretty and wear baggy and comfortable clothing and still look hot. But the point here is, female gamers know how to get viewers, and most of them do it very well.
Sex sells. Do I need to repeat that?
Seriously, this is kind of a no-brainer since sex has sold for many, many years, long before video games were even a thing. How this usually works with video games is that the sex is sold within the game, meaning hot video game characters, steamy scenes that go just far enough but not too far, and great promos that get people excited to play. With women on the scene though, YouTubers manage to show people just enough to get them watching and to keep them glued to their screens. Hey, it does work, just look at their numbers.
Women know how to work their advantages in gaming.
Women definitely have advantages that men do not when it comes to the gaming world, and YouTube is a big part of it since watching a hot woman stream her gameplay is something that’s going to draw A LOT of attention. Seriously, as a guy can you look at this woman above, or at any images in this article, and state that you wouldn’t watch if they moved to and fro while playing a game? Women know what they’re doing guys, and you should be able to recognize this.
Women still have to work at it.
Despite being hot as hell and able to shake and jiggle in the ways that drive guys wild, female gamers still have to work at it and they still have to be able to actually play the games they enjoy. Just being gorgeous and having what it takes to pose with a controller in full makeup and minimal clothing isn’t enough. Seriously, a person could go to a modeling site and see something similar, or something better. But being able to play the game and look this good? That’s a step in the right direction since women who can back up their claims of being gamers by kicking the snot out of whoever challenges them are, well, hot.
So, what do you think of female gamers now?
Gaming with a hot woman shouldn’t be any different from playing with a guy unless you’re doing live-streaming or are possibly playing alongside them. But overall, female gamers are to be taken seriously.
