The Houston Police Department is trying something new when policing complaints are associated with people living on the streets. This is what the police need to do, demonstrate humanity and help all citizens. We sure could use more police like this dude.
In all fairness, there are a lot of cops like this guy, but getting people to see them and admit that it’s real is the hard part.

The issues that arise with the homeless have been getting worse over the years, but there are ways to deal with it that don’t involve being cruel or uncaring. What I’d like you to take away from this is that treating people like people no matter who they are or what their lives are like is important.
