Sources out of China speculate that the new iPhone 7 will charge must faster than previous iPhones based off an image of the new logic board. Apple hasn’t confirmed anything.
From TheLadbible:
According to Twitter tech experts, the iPhone 7 will support fast charging of at least 5 volts/2 amps. That’s up from 5 watts/1 amp on the iPhone 6S. I don’t know entirely what that means, but apparently it means it’s going to charge real quick.
As of now it stands as just a rumor. But you can see for yourself below.
iPhone 7 Looks Like It’ll Finally Catch Up to Android And Have Fast Charging. (1)
You see the new design and how obvious it is the new charging port will be faster? Ya me neither. I don’t know what the fuck I’m looking at. I just trust people smarter than me when they tell me that it looks faster.
As an Android user, my question to Apple fanboys is why wasn’t this done already? Apple is also JUST making their phones waterproof? Android had that two models ago. I appreciate Apple paved the way for the smart phones we have today. But Androids are vastly superior nowadays. I made the switch from iPhone to Android five years ago and never looked back.
Don’t be afraid to join me.
