Year’s First Snow Fall In Montreal Causes Vehicle Chaos
You’d think of all places that Montreal would be ready to deal with the years first heavy snow fall, but that wasn’t the case on this day, on this sloped street. And what amazes me the most is that city vehicles, including a snowplow truck, didn’t have chains on in this complete cluster-fuck of a day.
