Jimmy Kimmel Emotionally Bids Farewell to David Letterman.
Jimmy Kimmel says he will step aside and not do a show the night of David Letterman’s Final Episode.
He says they will air a re-run in place of it. He also strongly recommends to his viewers to not watch the re-run, but instead switch the channel over to the Late Night show.
“I have too much respect for Dave to do anything that would distract viewers from watching his final show. Plus, I’ll probably be crying all day, which makes it hard to work.”
Jimmy just might be the biggest Letterman fan of all.
