Reaching his own new category of awesome, Elon Musk gained quite a few fans. Aside from being a business genius, one of the most successful nerds, and a meme king,
Musk leads by example and, for the ones who want to pay attention, shows how there’s no complicated formula for winning in life. At, obviously, restoring that magnificent hairline.
So, what are the pieces of advice one can pick up from Elon Musk’s glorious example?
- Disregard the bullying – Elon Musk was a weird child, no arguing there. He was a nerdy kid, and nerdy kids get bullied. Growing up in South Africa as a very quiet, introverted child, he was bullied to the extent he was almost beaten to death at some point. Obviously, he came out of it victorious.
- Be humble and simple – We all know (and see) how much of a genius Elon Musk is. However, he is loved for a very good reason – he keeps it pretty simple, without throwing around too much fancy vocabulary, even thow we know he is fully capable of doing so. He brings the discussion to the level of us mortals, and becoms „one of us.“ Are we glorifying him too much? Well, we couldn’t care less.
- Read A LOT – What did a nerdy kid who was introverted (and, hence, bullied) do? Well, he could do a lot, but what is certain is that he read many books. MANY books. Reading helps us generate ideas. Elon Musk knew it.
- Stay awesome – This dude has a sense of humor. Just look at his tweets! He makes savage comebacks and is a king of dad jokes. And, did we mention his hairline?
WTR? (Why’s That Radass?)
No matter what you feel when you see Elon Musk or what you might think about him, the guy has proven that he has what it takes to be one of the richest people in history. He did something right, which is something anyone with a brain stem should be able to admit, even if you don’t like it.
