Trespassing on train tracks is not only illegal but it’s also pretty dangerous. And although the fine might be worth looking like a badass to your friends, getting splattered by a fast moving locomotive might ruin your day. So if you’re ever lost or hurt out in the middle of nowhere with a dead cell phone just relax, because unlike MacGyver you probably don’t have an extra few wires, a diode and a capacitor on hand. Your best bet would be to stick around the tracks for a bit. You just might be able to “flag” down help when the next train passes by.
