For some reason, going to a haunted house or watching a horror movie can be beneficial – it can even relieve stress and depressing thoughts, weirdly enough. You’ve probably heard and seen people coming out of haunted houses, for example, and both screaming and laughing – psychologists claim how a bit of shock therapy is quite beneficial.
While this element of surprise and fear can be great for some, it can have quite dangerous effects on others. Therefore, if you’ve got an underlying health condition related to your heart or anxiety, it’s a better idea to steer clear of those. But, for our horror-lovers, here is one more classic prank, even though quite old.
WTR?
Oh come on now, there are dozens of reasons why that’s Radass! But just for your benefit:
- Fear is a great way to stoke your body with adrenaline, giving you that feeling of being awake and provoking that fight or flight response.
- Fear is also a good way to get a good giggle when you’re done screaming.
- Finally, it’s healthy to have a good fear response since it means you’re human and you (hopefully) won’t just stand still when danger presents itself.
